I’m an entrepreneur at heart—but I didn’t always build life by design.

For years, I made decisions from urgency, burnout, and survival.

I learned most of what I know by doing it the hard way.

For 18 years, I ran a successful financial planning practice with over 700 clients. On paper, I had it all. But when my husband was diagnosed with sarcoidosis and offered a medication that could cause infertility, everything shifted. That was the moment I realized: if I wanted a different outcome, I needed a different approach.

As I searched for answers for him, I ended up needing them for myself. I became mysteriously ill—crippling anxiety, unexplained symptoms, and depression that eventually led to two years on disability. It took me digging deep and advocating for myself to finally uncover the truth: I had Lyme disease, mold toxicity, and co-infections.

I spent years taking continuing education courses alongside functional medicine doctors, and eventually became a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP). Today, I help others uncover what’s been missed—because I know what it’s like to be gaslit, dismissed, and desperate for real healing.

Alongside my health practice, I also founded One Degree Consulting to coach financial advisors in building meaningful businesses. After 18 years in that world, I know: strategy without identity doesn’t work. The same internal misalignment that wrecks your health can wreck your close ratio.
